
Varicella: If 2 doses not given before school entry, then 1 catch-up dose should be administered. Hep A: 2 doses 6 months apart, can be given later. If not given during infancy, then two catch up doses should be administered. HPV: For girls only, 3 doses over 6 months. Influenza: Given each year after six months of age.
